Caprese Avocado Breakfast Pizza with Bagel

Toast the bagel, then combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Fry egg until the white is cooked in a little olive oil.

Spread avocado on top of the toast.

Top with a fried egg.

Top with 1/4 of the caprese mixture.

  • 30g fresh basil
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • Avocado puree
