Preheat the oven to 180ºC

Chop the dried fruits.

Mix with cereals and seeds.

Add the milk, oil and honey.

Pour the mix into a tray and spread the dough.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Cut into squares once cooled.

  • 25g raisins
  • 25g prunes
  • 50g dried figs
  • 250g oats
  • 35g toasted sesame seeds
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 25g hemp seeds
  • 25g flax seeds
  • 150g cereal
  • 250ml milk
  • 40ml coconut oil
  • 130g honey
