Healthy Low Fat Pizza

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Mix the flour, water, yeast and salt.
Knead and leave to rest for half an hour.
Flatten the dough into a pizza shape.
Cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cover with the tomato sauce.
Add turkey, cheese and sprinkle the oregano.
Cook in the oven for 10 more minutes.
Add the rocket and serve.

- 200g turkey
- 200g tomato sauce
- 150g low fat cheese
