Muscle Builder Roast Beef Rolls

Slice the spinach and eggs.

Make the vinagrette by mixing together the oil, lemon juice and seasoning.

Toss the spinach with the dressing.

Fill the roast beef with the chopped eggs, spinach and pine nuts.

Roll it carefully.

Top with parmesan shavings.

Ingredients

  • 100g spinach
  • 500g roast beef, sliced
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Pine nuts
  • Parmesan shavings
Vinaigrette ingredients:
  • 30ml olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
