Potato Cake with Tuna Bolognese

Peel and chop the onion, fry in a little olive oil till soft.
Add the chopped tomatoes.
Season with oregano, salt and pepper as desired.
Add the tuna.
Make the cake with a layer of mashed potatoes first, then a layer of the tuna mixture.
Repeat & finish with a layer of puree.
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top.
Bake in the oven at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
