Rice Balls with Coconut, Walnuts and Dates
Place the rice to soak to for 20 min. Drain and set aside.
Boil the oat milk with the cinnamon and the lemon peel.
Remove cinnamon and lemon peel.
Add half of the honey.
Cook for around 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Use the mixer to make a paste with the walnuts, dates and remaining honey.
Make little balls with the walnut, date and honey paste.
Cover date mixture with rice to make a larger ball.
Coat in coconut and leave to cool.

- 1 ½ cups oat milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Lemon peel
- 8 tablespoons honey
- 8 dates
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- Shredded coconut for coating
